I found and recovered this piece of walnut myself, saving a small section of the wood for the shop. Its warm color and broad, vertical grain give this one-of-one shot glass a quiet but distinctive character.

The Find was turned from natural-color walnut (Juglans sp.). The exact walnut species is unidentified, so the listing does not claim Black Walnut. The wood was stabilized without dye, then shaped on the lathe with an internal Glencairn-inspired profile.
