This piece belongs to our "Shot in the Wild" style, meaning it retains the natural, original contours of the branch from which it was made rather than being fully reshaped on the lathe.
The pale, creamy tones and fine grain of the cottonwood are preserved through vacuum-stabilization, which strengthens the wood while maintaining its wild, organic figure. Every ridge and texture on the exterior offers a tactile link to the tree’s living origin, creating a simple vessel that is both honest craftsmanship and untamed beauty.
Finish: Sealed with polymerized walnut oil, beeswax, and carnauba wax for a smooth, food-safe luster.
