This shot glass was turned from a marbled multicolor burl, chosen for its swirling grain and natural sense of movement. Formed through irregular growth and later stabilized, the burl reveals layered patterns that shift between deep browns, warm golds, and subtle blue accents as light moves across the surface.
The name The Starry Night reflects the piece’s visual rhythm—dense, dynamic, and quietly cosmic—inviting the eye to wander through its patterns the way one might trace constellations across a night sky.
