Imperial Ember Vessel (Hand-Turned, One of One)
Dimensions: Approx. 2.75" tall × 2" diameter
Hand-turned from rare Amboyna Burl (Pterocarpus indicus), this piece is a study in natural luxury. Known as the "Emperor's Wood," Amboyna is one of the most sought-after burls in the world, featuring a deep, glowing reddish-brown heartwood filled with tight clusters of "eyes" and swirling grain that catch the light like dying embers.
Standing at a stout 2.75 inches tall with a wide 2-inch base, this shot glass has a substantial, weighted feel in the hand. Unlike a standard shooter, it is designed for the slow sipping of a premium spirit, where the vessel itself is as complex and rich as the pour it holds.
-
Finish: Sealed with a food-safe blend of polymerized walnut oil, beeswax, and carnauba wax for durability and a satin luster.
-
Care: Hand wash only with warm water. Polish occasionally with maintenance wax to keep the burl vibrant.
-
Best For: A neat pour of cognac, bourbon, or single malt scotch.
